Which platforms do you work with?
Amazon (FBA and FBM), Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy, WooCommerce and multi-channel setups. We work in Xero alongside settlement tools, so channel data flows into the accounts rather than being rekeyed.
How is this different from the big ecommerce accounting firms?
Scale. The volume firms run thousands of sellers through portals, ticket queues and rotating account managers. We are a small practice by design: you get a named accountant with a direct line and WhatsApp, replies within 24 hours, and the same person every time. When you call, the person who does your accounts answers.
Can you sort out our inventory and COGS?
Yes. Landed costs, stock movements and cost of sales that reconcile to what actually left the warehouse. Margin by channel follows from there.
Do you handle VAT for online sellers?
Yes. UK VAT returns including marketplace-collected VAT treated correctly, and advice on registration timing as your revenue grows.
We already have an accountant. How hard is switching?
One short email telling them you are moving, and we give you the wording. We handle professional clearance and chase the records. Your filings stay covered throughout.
What does it cost?
Plans start at £99 a month for smaller sellers below the VAT threshold. Once you need bookkeeping, VAT returns and payroll handled too, plans start at £149 a month. Your exact fixed fee is quoted before you commit once we understand your channels and volumes, and does not change with how often you contact us. The handover itself costs nothing.
